Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
You will be met on your arrival at Delhi International Airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 02 : In Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a full day sight-seeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting - The Red Fort, Friday Mosque -- Jama Masjid, The silver street of Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, The Hindu temple -- Birla Mandir, The India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhawan -- President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and The Bahai Temple. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi - Amritsar
Transfer to Delhi railway station, intime to board the Shatabdi express (0720/1325 hrs) for Amritsar. Met on your arrival in Amritsar and transfer to hotel. Later this afternoon, visit the Wagha Border - the international border between India and Pakistan where the pomp and pageantry of the Beating Retreat & Change of Guard ceremonies make for a most charming spectacle. Overnight in Amritsar.
Day 04 : Amritsar - Dharamsala
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a sight-seeing tour of Amritsar visiting The Golden Temple and the Jallian Wala Bagh. Later depart for Dharamsala by road (200 kms /4 hrs). On your arrival in Dharamsala check into the hotel. Overnight in Dharamsala.
Day 05 : In Dharamsala
Day 06 : Dharamsala - Manali
After breakfast, depart for Manali by road (265 kms /06 hrs). On your arrival in Manali check into the Resort. Overnight in Manali.
Day 07 : In Manali
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. For those seeking a bit more activity, excellent options are available for ski-ing, hang gliding, river rafting, take a short hike, visit the Mountaineering Institute and the apple orchards or just relax in scenic surrounds. Overnight in Manali.
Day 08 : Manali - Shimla
After breakfast, depart for Shimla by road (260 kms /08 hrs). On your arrival in Shimla check into the hotel. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 09 : In Shimla
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. For those seeking a bit more activity, excellent trekking options are available around Shimla as well as short walks to Kufri and Mashobra. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 10 : Shimla - Kalka - Delhi
After breakfast, depart for Shimla railway station, intime to board the Himalayan Queen Toy Train (1030/1610 hrs) for Kalka. Arrive Kalka and connect further train for Delhi (1745/2155 hrs). Met on your arrival in Delhi and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 11: Depart Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure in Delhi until transfer to the International Airport in time to board your flight home.
